Refund Policy

WE DON’T OFFER RETURNS OR REFUND
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or returned under normal circumstances. We only offer replacement in case of spoilt, damaged or wrong items. Damaged Items
If the product received is spoilt, damaged or not what you ordered please mail or whatsapp us with the order number and a few photographs of the item. Please give us 24 hours to reply back.

After consideration if your replacement is approved, you will need to send the item in its original packing, to us at the addresses mentioned below. Please use India post registered parcel service to mail the item back and share the tracking details. Upon receiving the tracking details, we will immediately ship the replacement to you, along with a voucher of the value equivalent to the shipping cost borne by you. We don’t wait for the item to be delivered back to us to initiate replacement shipping.
